हंसदेव देवादददेव चिण कमल शिणम्
We are so happy that with the blessings of shri Paramhans hansdevji avadhoot and shri swami suparnanandaji, sec- retary of The Ramakrishna Mission institute of Culture, Kolkata and the untiring efforts of our Gurubhai Tapas Banerjee from Kolkata that we have finally got the English Translation of the original Bengali Kailashpati written in 1934 by the Late Badhu Rani hemlata Roy of the princely state of Dighapatia, Bengal.
Kailashpati has been compiled by Badhu Rani hemlataji from the notes she had written during the discourses of our Gurudev shri Paramhans hansdevji avadhoot.
We had Kailashpati in Bengali (out of print now), and in Gujarati which has been printed again in 2019 (Third Edition). The disciples of Gurudev shri hansdevji felt the need of an English translation to share with their children and grand children. This vacuum has now been filled by the untiring efforts of Tapas Banerjee and the blessings of swami suparnanandaji of the Ramakrishna Mission institute of Culture. We are thankful also to the two past students of swami suparnanandaji—shri asit Baran Giri and shri Bishwanath Das and shri saktiprasad Mishra—for translating and editing the book.
We are also thankful to the Navajivan Trust, shri apurva ashar and shri soham Patel for their support in fructifying our dream to reality with this digital copy of Kailashpati in English. We will not stop here and are also planning to release this book as an e-book very shortly.
