Fourth Taranga
One day shri shri sadhubaba told us, there is real satisfaction in giving wealth to others. he added, one day the most powerful King Bhoja was walking with his favourite court poet, who too
was of the same age, in the royal garden. While sitting under a blossoming tree, when he was having a chat with the court poet, his attention was drawn to a honey-bee dancing and humming. in a jovial tone, the King asked him, “What is that honey-bee saying?”
“The court-poet said, “The honey-bee is telling you this—

deyaṃga bhojā dhanagaṃ dhanaṃgaṃ sukharatame na saṃciyate kadā, śrī karṇācī, bolīca, vikramāṣicā adapāpī kṛtiṣṭhā.

it means—Your Majesty, whatever wealth you own must be generously showered on others in a gesture of philanthropy in the way the sky does it. You must not amass money and protect it at home. Remember how the great kings like Data-Karna, Boliraj, Vikramaditya had been magnanimous by offering their riches to those in need. They still live because they lived for others. and now see my plight. i had collected honey which i did not allow any others to taste including myself. But now see how my hard-earned honey has been stolen in its entirety by having broken down my bee-hive. The honey-bee, by moving its legs and wings, is telling this by means of humming. so Your Majesty, without amassing money at home, do render yeoman service.
On some other day, Baba offered us a gem of advice. Behave well with others. Do not hurt others by a harsh word. Bhakta
