in Bangabda 1333 (1927 aD) saradiya being over, we set out for Jasidih. On 3rd Kartik (November) we reached Jasidih; and on the very next day (i.e. on 4th) we went to the ashram of our sri
Guru Maharaj at Karnibag, Deogarh. On 5th of Kartik (November) we paid our visit to the Kailash. On reaching the top of the hill, we saw our Baba sitting all alone, wearing that divine look and sporting an innocent smile. On seeing us, our Baba uttered ‘Harihar’. We all took his blessings and he asked us to have our seat.
after meeting our Baba, we went to his room. The verandah on all sides of the room had a roof made of red tiles. Kailash was really so close to our heart that every stone there was like our friend. as they saw us, they too seemed to express their feelings of joy. The Devagiri was yonder, the Pareshnath was too far off, and to the other side there were Trikut and some other hills. The Kailash there was one of them. The quiet-faced Baba showed no sign of how the days rolled by.
in course of a conversation, our Baba said, “Pay your pranam at the lotus feet of God sans (without) your desires. Generally, a man enjoys or suffers for what he has done in his previous birth.
